Limited amenities: It would have been nice to have access to a kitchen area or a 24-hour fridge for guests to use. the wifi signal in the rooms was quite weak, which could be bothersome for those needing a reliable internet connection.

The staff at this hostel are incredibly helpful and gave great advice on travel and local recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great laundry facilities available. The location in the old town was convenient, close to amenities and within walking distance of some amazing finds.

The bathrooms could use some improvement, as there was nowhere to put towels without them getting wet and no private area for dressing. It would be great to have towel rails or hooks in the rooms.

We had a comfortable stay in a clean and cozy room with privacy curtains and good luggage space. the friendly and helpful staff made excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. the breakfast at the hostel was great, and there were plenty of options nearby too. the location was convenient, close to the bus station and market busses to the beaches.

I recently stayed at The Neighbors Hostel for a week during my vacation in Phuket. The cleanliness of the washrooms was top-notch, thanks to the diligent staff who maintained a high level of hygiene. The beds in the hostel were spacious and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rustic and appealing vibe of the hostel added to its charm, and its peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong was a bonus. The helpful staff, particularly Opal and Poy, along with the friendly cafe staff, made my stay even more enjoyable. The cafe itself was a lovely place to relax, both indoors and outdoors. In addition, the hostel provided ample information about local attractions and activities. my experience at The Neighbors Hostel was fantastic, thanks to its cleanliness, comfortable beds, great vibe, peaceful location.

Had a great Christmas stay! Loved the easy transfer from the airport, saved us so much hassle. The location was perfect, right in the center of the action, close to all the bars, restaurants, and attractions. The newly renovated rooms were super clean and tidy. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even helped us plan our island trip and recommended the best destinations for us. Plus, the hostel offered fun activities to meet other guests, which was a great way to make new friends.

The uncomfortable beds, they were a bit too hard for our liking. , the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.
